More than 70 petrochemists have passed the exam of State Labour Commission

In the time of quarantine the department of Human Recourses of «KARPATNAFTOCHIM» Ltd. continues to organize the distance training for employees of the Company. Namely, at the end of the last and at the beginning of this week such training from special disciplines, which are subordinated to State Labour of Ukraine, was made for three groups of petrochemists.

According to the information of Irina Biletska, leading specialist– manager of group of Human Recourses department, in May 21, for the first time in its experience of work with enterprises and institutions, the Department of State Labour (Derzhpratsya) in Ivano-Frankivsk region made the acceptance of on-line exam for employees of «KARPATNAFTOCHIM», who were involved in distance training on special course from Rules of Labour Protection during operation with equipment, working under pressure. 30 listeners of this course, having learned on their own the material, given by Ivano-Frankivsk Training-course complex of Housing-communal enterprise,  successfully passed the exams of Commission of State Labour in the region. The answers to the questions of examination cards were given by them to members of commission per Skype. During this procedure to the training classroom of the department of Human Resources for preparation and passing of exam was in turn invited such amount of employees, in order in the process of exam to secure the sticking to all anti-epidemic measures  for prevention of corona virus spreading.

Next day the exam of Commission of State Labour in Ivano-Frankivsk region was also successfully passed by 28 workers of ethylene and polyethylene facilities of «KARPATNAFTOCHIM» Ltd., on special course from Rules of Labour protection and safe operation of process pipelines, materials for distance training of which was provided by Limited Liability Company «Training-course complex Kalush». But for these persons the exam was organized and made with sticking to all anti-epidemic demands not in on-line mode, but directly in the classroom of labour protection of ethylene and PE facilities.

One more group of employees of Company, that are involved in works of increased danger, passed exam to the commission of State Labour in Ivano-Frankivsk region on the 26^th of May on special course from the Rules of construction and safe operation of Freon refrigerating units. It was made for 18 listeners in the form of replies to test questions, located on training platform of «KARPATTECHNOALLIANCE» Ltd. To this site petrochemists could enter having their own dedicated logins and passwords, to learn the materials, prepared for them, and even preliminarily pass the tentative test in order to check their knowledge before the official passing of the exam.
