Petrochemical workers performed renovations in the dining room and in the lobby of Human Resources Department

The repair-construction workshop, which was formed in the repair division of «KARPATNAFTOCHIM» Ltd., by its specific activities proves that it is able to carry out the necessary repair works at various facilities  of the enterprise in a qualified, high-quality and optimal manner.

Before the start of a new 2022 year the workers of this workshop have finished renovations in the lobby of Human Resources Department of «KARPATNAFTOCHIM» Ltd. Here they completely renovated the premises by making the suspended ceiling; cleaned walls from the old plaster and putty that cracked and crumbled, plastered again, as well as in some places applied decorative plaster and painted everything.

– And after New year holidays our specialists, – tells Andrei Tymkiv  a chief of repair-construction workshop, – just in one week performed the renovation in the dining room of Ethylene and Polyethylene production facility, which has not been operating normally since the beginning of the pandemic but provides the preparation of complex takeaway lunches for working personnel.  The complete renovation here was completed on January 17. In particular, the repairmen installed a suspended ceiling in the dining room, new lamps with a complete replacement of the old wiring, re-plastered and painted the walls. So we hope that when the quarantine restrictions are relaxed, it will be much more pleasant for the employees to come to this canteen and eat in it.According to Andrei Tymkiv information, now the brigade of workers of the workshop is engaged in repair works in one more dining room, which is located in the administrative building of PVC-S and Caustic Soda production facilities. Here is needed to perform much larger amount of activities than at Ethylene and Polyethylene production facility. Renovation of this room, which is designed for a large number of visitors who can eat at the same time, began in the last decade of December last year, and now it is nearing completion.        In addition, simultaneously with the above-mentioned works in January of this year, repairs were performed in the premises of the analytical room of PCV-S and in the office of the foreman of Chlorine and Caustic Soda membrane plant.
